🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy — Rasa Gold

At Rasa Gold, all our products are prepared upon order. As such, we maintain a strict policy to ensure quality and fairness for both parties.
1. No Refund Policy
All orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment has been made and order is confirmed.
This is because:
- All cakes and products are made-to-order
- Ingredients and production are prepared in advance
2. Order Amendments
We understand that plans may change.
For any amendments (such as delivery date, collection date, or minor order changes):
- A minimum of 2 working days notice is required before your scheduled date
- All changes are subject to availability
If your amendment results in a balance amount:
- It will be issued as a store voucher
- Voucher validity: 3 months from issue date
- Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable
3. Change of Delivery / Collection Date
- Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Requests can be made via WhatsApp / Instagram / email (with order number)
- Approval is subject to available slots
4. Damages During Delivery
We take extra care in packaging to ensure your products arrive in good condition.
However:
- We are not liable for damages caused during third-party delivery or courier handling
- Minor shifts, smudges, or softening may occur due to transport conditions
For best experience, we recommend:
- Self-collection where possible
- Handling cakes with care upon receiving
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
Please inspect your order upon receiving.
If you experience:
- Wrong item received
- Missing items
Kindly contact us immediately on the same day of delivery/collection.
⚠️ Complaints made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
